Larry Bauer and his wife, Melissa, have been married 12 years and they bought their Chefs For Seniors franchise in the fall of 2021. Chef Larry has loved cooking ever since his great-grandmother taught him how to crack eggs at the age of 9. As a teen Larry continued learning from his talented mother while helping her cook family meals. Over the years Larry has found great satisfaction cooking large, gourmet meals for his immediate family and friends. Prior to becoming a personal chef, Larry served the elderly for 17 years as a Registered Nurse, 12 of those years as a hospice nurse. Larry previously owned a local vending business and has spent time in elementary education and the aviation industry. Larry now whisks together his love for cooking and his love for serving the senior population by preparing delicious, healthy, and affordable senior meals.
